The Experience

Pack732 Wrestling Academy is a goal-oriented organization open to Kindergarten through 12th grade wrestlers aspiring to compete at the highest level locally and nationally. Scoring points, pushing the pace, and bringing that positive blue collar attitude to each and every practice and competition.

Expectations: Looking for individuals and families with good character and a strong commitment to wrestle at a high level. Attend regularly scheduled practices consistently, including weekends. Must work well with others, have a good attitude with the desire to do the work that is required and when it’s required. The ability to hold attention and focus in extended periods of time.

Majority of Practices will be conducted at a high pace and technique intensive determined for each individual groups. We will focus on core technique with unlimited repetition of execution. . All Pack732 members, along with Parent’s are expected to buy into the process, and represent themselves in positive and respectful manner at all times.

The Difference

Rules of Pack732:

1. Positive Body Language- Choice - Composure: Choose to be Excited to Practice, Excited to Compete. Only focused on Working and Learning not the Wins and Losses.

2. Level Up - Commitment– Level up to your partners/ the competition. To be better or great you need to commit to mental and physical level at every opportunity.

3. Make it Matter - Consistency- How often, when, and what you practice matters. Competition is just the example of your practice. Consistency being at practice will help produce better results in the long haul.

7TH -12TH GRADE

Pack732 : 7TH-12TH GRADE

New, Experienced, and/or Advanced in High School. Focus will be on Basic, New, and Advance technique.
Will be expected to be consistent to practices to continue to learn and grow while at practice. Will be expected to follow instructions, learn and apply basic, new, and/or advance technique in execution and competitive atmosphere. Balance- Fundamentals, Repetition, Discipline, and Consistency.

3RD-6TH GRADE

PACK732 : 3RD-6TH GRADE

Intermediate to Advance Experience, will be in a high pace learning and working atmosphere. Focus will be on Basic, New, and Advance technique.
Will be expected to be CONSISTENT attending practices to continue to learn and grow while at practice. Will be expected to follow instructions, learn and apply basic, new, and/or advance technique in execution and competitive atmosphere. Balance- Fundamentals, Repetition, Discipline, and Consistency.

KINDERGARTEN-2ND GRADE

PACK732 : KINDERGARTEN-2ND GRADE

Beginner to Intermediate Experience, still learning about wrestling, looking to grow out of the learners phase and into more competitive phase, with medium to high pace learning and working atmosphere.
Will be expected to be CONSISTENT attending practices to continue to learn and grow while at practice. Will be expected to follow instructions, learn and apply basic, new, and/or advance technique in execution and competitive atmosphere. Balance- Fundamentals, Repetition, Discipline, and Consistency.
